Psychiatry

I am a board-certified Physician Assistant. I completed my academic and clinical training at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

As a practitioner with a life-long passion for working in the field of behavioral health, my goal is to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that each individual patient feels comfortable and confident about. I work closely and collaborate with other psychiatry providers, treating predominantly adult patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, and ADHD.

Seeing as each patient is unique, with their own challenges and life experiences, their care plans should reflect this. I appreciate patient input and strive to provide medication management and potential lifestyle changes that allow for the greatest chance of success and increase in overall welfare.

Eleanor Wolfe, LCSW, CADC

Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Certified Addictions Counselor who offers interactive, action-oriented therapy with a personalized approach for each individual.  I meet with emerging adults, adults, families, and seniors who struggle with mood disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, infertility, trauma, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My belief is that the core of the mental health profession is to relieve the suffering and heartbreak of people trying to cope with the most difficult moments of their lives. Finding success in healing that pain can lead to hope and strength.

Through the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, individuals can learn to explore meaningful connections in their lives and strengthen the connection to the self.  As a witness and a guide, I am at your side to navigate the difficult and the uncertain with confidence and courage.  For the past 17 years, I have integrated a variety of tools (psychodynamic theory, CBT, ACT, DBT, solution-based theory and evidence-based intervention).  Most importantly, I provide you with a safe space to feel heard while challenging you to sort out and defeat obstacles that have kept you from living the life you want. Together, we will build on your strengths to attain health and resilience you deserve.
