Hayley Hammons, PA-C
Psychiatry Physician Assistant
I am a board-certified Physician Assistant. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology along with two honors designations. I completed my clinical training at Rush University, earning a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
I have been a lifelong advocate for mental health care and believe that mental health is a vital part of overall well-being. I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
I work collaboratively with other psychiatry providers in addition to therapy providers. Primarily I care for adult patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. My approach is rooted in trust, open communication, and developing treatment plans that are thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and needs. I value patient input and focus on personalized medication management, along with supportive lifestyle considerations, to promote meaningful progress and long-term mental wellness.
