Steven Kahn, LCSW

Therapist

I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a particular passion for helping individuals in high-pressure roles manage stress and find balance. I work with individuals, couples, and families using a collaborative and compassionate approach rooted in CBT, DBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method to support meaningful, lasting change.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades in corporate consulting, helping people improve performance and well-being. I hold a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and later earned my Master’s in social work to follow my true calling. Outside of work, I enjoy long distance running, music, cooking, family time, and collecting sports and trading cards. It’s a privilege to support clients in creating lives of greater peace, clarity, and fulfillment—and I consider it an honor to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments, a responsibility I hold with great care and respect.

I offer in person visits and Telehealth options for scheduled patients only
