I am the Operations Manager and Marketing Coordinator for Brightland Health. I have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Marketing/Management from DePaul University. My work experience includes many years in the Behavioral Health field, for non-profit organizations, and in the Corporate environment. As one of your first points of contact at our practice my goal is to assist patients and providers with their individual Brightland Health needs. Additionally, another goal of mine is to support the growth of our practice to better serve our community.

Before I was even able to start the meeting the psychiatrist spoke down to me as if I didn't not know how to use video telehealth. He lacked empathy and treated me like a number.
